A hackathon submission for OpenAI Build Week (Work & Productivity track). Briefly turns a messy client brief — email threads, WhatsApp dumps, voice-note transcripts — into a scoped, editable, exportable proposal. A 4-step wizard clarifies budget/scope/deadline/sign-off ambiguities, then streams a full proposal (overview, scope, deliverables, timeline, pricing, assumptions, terms, cover email) that can be inline-edited and exported to PDF or mailto.
Powered by GPT-5.6 called only from server-side API routes with Structured Outputs (JSON schema) — every skipped clarify question becomes an explicit stated assumption, and pricing respects the user's hourly vs. fixed-fee preference. Built end-to-end with Codex as the pair-programmer against a fixed contract defined in AGENTS.md and lib/types.ts.
